After having completed the start-up of Orsta Pomerania, the Saferoad Group asked Mr. Nordbo to take an interim positon as managing director of its German subsidiary Marina Systeme GmbH.

The main tasks to be solved in the interim period was:

• to aquire the shares from the German partner
• to aquire the option of purchasing a real estate
• revitalise the organisation and employ a permanent managing director
• improve the communication with the other companies in the Saferoad Group
• increase production
• adapt the products to Norwegian standards
