In the period 2001-2003, Mr. Nordbo was employed as the site manager at Mostostal Siedlce on behalf of AF Sunndal, the main civil contractor connected with the rebuilding of the Hydro Aluminium plant at Sunndalssøra.

Mostostal Siedlce, one of the biggest steel fabricators in Poland, delivered in this period appr. 6.000 tons of steel constructions to very high quality requirements and strict delivery terms.

Mr. Nordbo was involved in all aspects of this delivery, the most important being progress analysis and reporting, quality control, troubleshooting connected with cultural and language barriers as well as commercial and technical negotiations.

The project was completed on time with the correct quality (reference letter).
