Kaare Nordbo has carried out Management Consulting Services in Poland since 2000.

The first major task was a management for hire project connected with delivery of steel constructions from Mostostal Siedlce to Hydro Aluminium's factory at Sunndalsora on behalf of the Norwegian general building contractors the AF Group and Reinertsen.

Thereafter, Mr. Nordbo was responsible for setting up a steel fabrication work-shop in Szczecin on behalf of the Saferoad Group.

His last major assignment was to restructure Marina Systeme GmbH, a German company designing, producing and installing complete marina systems.

In addtition to the projects described above, Mr. Nordbo has carried out numerous projects on behalf of Norwegian clients within such areas as market resarch, partner search and problem solving.
