Nordbo Enterprises Sp. z o.o. was established in 1999 by Kaare Nordbo, a Norwegian citizen living in Poland since 1994. From a modest start, Nordbo Enterprises has successfully developed the following business areas:

• Management consulting services
• HR services
• Accounting services

Mr. Nordbo holds a MSc in Marine Engineering and Naval Architechture from the Norwegian Institute of Technology, and worked as technichal manager in a Norwegian based international offshore service company until 1994, when he decided to take on his first assignment in Poland.

From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Nordbo was restructuring 2 Polish operations under employment contracts with Norwegian investors, and since July 2000, he has continued to offer his services through his own companies located strategically in Szczecin on the crossroads between Scandinavia, Germany and Poland.

Since the beginning of 2009, Mr. Nordbo is the regional representative of Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce (SPCC) in Szczecin.

In addition to the Scandinavian languages, Mr. Nordbo speaks English, Polish and German.
